What should I include in a support request?
Include the main issue, the workflow you were using, and any relevant error message. For account-specific help, include the email address you use with ItsDeducted. Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, tax returns, or other sensitive tax information.
Can ItsDeducted help me import old TurboTax ItsDeductible records or a spreadsheet?
Yes. We can help with spreadsheet and list imports, including saved donation records from historical tools such as TurboTax ItsDeductible. You can also review the donation import guide before contacting support.
Can support help with donation values or tax questions?
We can explain how ItsDeducted generates estimated fair market values, how to review a record, and how its recordkeeping features work. ItsDeducted does not provide tax, legal, appraisal, or financial advice. For advice about your individual tax situation, consult a qualified tax professional.
